The Sacramento Kings beat the New Orleans Pelicans 107-98 in an exhibition game Saturday at Rupp Arena. The Kings were led by Rudy Gay with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Former Wildcat DeMarcus Cousins added 19 points, five rebounds and three steals in front of a big Kentucky crowd of 19,183. Willie Cauley-Stein chipped in seven points, six rebounds and a block for the Kings. Rajon Rondo dished out three assists.
Anthony Davis finished with 19 points, eight rebounds, three steals and a block for the Pelicans.
