Johns Creek Elementary School P.E. teacher and UPIKE tennis coach Tim Alderman recently competed in an Iron Man Competition in Louisville, Ky.
During the competition Tim had to swim 2.65 miles, ride a bike 112 miles and run 26.2 miles and he accomplished all of this in a little over 14 hours.
