Tickets purchased through UK Ticket Office, Ticketmaster accessible on mobile devices
LEXINGTON, Ky. – In an effort to provide more convenient and efficient entry for fans attending home men’s basketball games, UK Athletics has partnered with Ticketmaster to bring mobile ticketing technology to Rupp Arena. Mobile ticketing will also be available for football games in the fall at The New CWS.
By using mobile ticketing, fans can avoid waiting in will call lines and printing tickets at home, prevent tickets from being lost in the mail, and transfer tickets if they cannot attend a game.
Season ticket holders and fans who have ordered single-game tickets through the UK Ticket Office can access tickets on UKathletics.com using iOS or Android Devices. Those fans wishing to use mobile ticketing should log on to their My UK Account and select the corresponding event. Fans who have purchased single-game tickets through Ticketmaster can access mobile ticketing using the Ticketmaster App.
Mobile tickets can be scanned at all Rupp Arena entrances. Once a mobile ticket is scanned, a seat locator will print automatically that can be shown to ushers. As always, UK Athletics does not permit photocopies, scans or pictures of hard tickets to be used to gain entry into any of our venues or events. Make sure you keep your ticket in a safe place and protect it as you would any other ticket.
