Paintsville head coach Joe Chirico has been named KFCA District 6 Class A Coach of the Year and senior running back Kent Phelps has been named player of the year.
Chirico led the Tigers to a 13-1 record this season.
Phelps led the Tigers with 2044 yards rushing with 32 touchdowns on 186 carries. The senior averaged 157 yards and 2.5 touchdowns per game this season.
