Jarelle Reischel is a superbly talented basketball player. The senior forward is an absolute thrill to watch due to his offensive prowess, immense defensive effort, and brilliant athletic plays throughout the entirety of the game.
Reischel has unquestionably been one of the most pivotal pieces to EKU‘s early season success and has been a clear cut leader from the very first game of the season. When the Colonels need a late-game offensive spark, they look to Reischel. When the Colonels need to create chaos on defense and get an important stop, Reischel steps up. When things are going awry and the young team needs a calm veteran leader, Reischel is there to deliver.
One of the best things about Jarelle is his mind-blowing versatility. He can truly do it. Shooting, passing, getting to the rim, defending, and rebounding are among the many things Reischel brings to the table. This outstanding versatility is highlighted by the huge accomplishment of Reischel being the only player in NCAA basketball to have 250+ points and 100+ rebounds so far in the 2015-2016 season.
This season has been one of milestones, accomplishments, and awards for Jarelle Reischel and I don’t think that’s going to change anytime soon.
