Eastern Kentucky University rolls past Austin Peay in their Ohio Valley Conference season opener Saturday night in Roy Kidd Stadium, with a final score of 51 – 13. The Colonels never trailed in the game, and done it all without their All – American senior running back Dy’Shawn Mobley.

One of the many big plays from the game came with 2:00 left in the 2nd quarter, when Junior Linebacker Thomas Owens came up with an interception and return for a 17 yard touchdown.
