Black Out T-Shirts/Tickets Available at Area Businesses
MOREHEAD, Ky. – Morehead State Athletics has announced a special ticket promotion in conjunction with its 2014 home-opening football game on Sept. 6 against Pikeville (Ky.). The game will be a “Black Out” and fans can purchase an official t-shirt and ticket to the contest for only $10.
“Engaging the community and making our athletic events affordable for families are very important to our success,” Assistant Athletic Director for External Affairs Brad Smith said. “The Black Out ticket and t-shirt package does this. Seeing the support from the local businesses has been amazing for this program, and we want to thank every one of them for participating.”
The t-shirt/ticket combination is only available prior to game day, and Smith expects the supply to sell rapidly. A regularly-priced ticket for the Pikeville game is $15.
The University Bookstore, located in the Adron Doran University Center, is sponsoring the t-shirts. Shirt sizes are available in adult small through 4X.
